a team of around 40+ gardeners & Cleaners.Supervising
multiple landscape sites proactively.Sourcing
and interviewing & appointing suitable site staff.Quality
control.Reporting
to operations Manager on daily goals & Targets.Meeting
with clients on request, during & after business hours.Staff
management and procurement will form a big part of your duties.Time
and attendance & Minor HR duties
Minimum Requirements:
Landscaping
maintenance experience with a reputable company.Golf
course & turf maintenance to some degree.Small
machine operations knowledge.Irrigation basic
knowledge.Microsoft
package Excel Word Email PowerPoint will be a plus.Corporate
Landscaping industry experience an advantage.Certifications
in the horticultural field would be beneficial.

Key
Responsibilities:1. Drive between multiple sites to manage and support landscape
maintenance teams.2. Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to ensure
impeccable standards.3. Oversee staff timesheets, data capture and minor HR tasks.4. Source, interview and appoint new site staff.5. Monitor agreement KPIs and report daily goals to the
Operations Manager.6. Liaise with clients during and after business hours to
address requests and build relationships.
7. Identify and quote minor landscape improvements (MIs).

Must-Have Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or equivalent qualification in horticulture,

8-10 years’ experience in corporate landscape maintenance
Proven small-machine operation and basic irrigation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Valid South African driver’s license
