Scope of Tender
The
successful tenderer will be responsible for:
Managing and operating the
school tuck shop during school hours and at special school events.Providing healthy,
affordable, and appealing food and beverage options in line with the
school’s nutrition policy.Maintaining high standards
of hygiene, food safety, and customer service.Ensuring compliance with all
relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Tender Requirements
Applicants
must submit:
A detailed proposal
outlining menu options, pricing, and operating plan.Details of previous
experience in food service or retail operations (especially school tuck
shops or similar environments).A current health and safety
certificate.At least two references from
previous clients or employers.
Evaluation Criteria
Tenders
will be evaluated based on:
Quality, variety, and
nutritional value of proposed menu.Experience and capacity to
operate the tuck shop efficiently.Pricing and affordability
