I use the latest software, A high quality DVD is used to store your memories. Or you can supply a USB and I can transfer to that media.
Damaged or snapped tapes can be repaired. 8/16mm / DV Handycam tapes can also be directly converted.
I have been converting for the past 12 years and the hardware I use to capture your memories is not the average off the shelf. You are guranteed to not loose quality in the converting process.
