An antique white lithophane image cup in honor of King Edward Vll Coronation in 1902. The front of the cup exterior features an undamaged, hand coloured transfer which depicts a crown, King Edward's monogram and 1902 date.
The gilding on the upper edge of the cup is slightly worn off. The cup's interior features a unique molded lithophane portrait of King Edward Vll on the bottom of the inside. This resembles a black and white photograph when it is held to the light
Accompanying this cup is a similar cup which was produced in honor of King Edward's wife, Alexandra. Unfortunately the base of this cup is cracked but the lithophane image is clear. The exterior of the cup is in good condition, and when displayed together the two cups present a special token of historical memorabilia
Dimensions: H - 67mm, Diam. - 65mm

This BILLY CLACK No. 51 folding camera is possibly an antique as it belonged to my grandmother in the 1940's.
It takes sixteen 4.5 x 6 cm photos on 120 film.
It has a periscopic doublet lens with three aperture
settings (f/8, f/11 and f /16) which are achieved by switching between fixed size apertures, not with the iris.
It has a simple 'l' and 'B' shutter, and view finders for portrait and landscape modes, plus a built-in yellow filter. The glass on the portrait view finder is slightly scratched but this does not hamper the view.
It has a winding key to advance the film, and two red windows on the back of the camera.
The leatherette covering on the outside of the camera and in the concertina part are in perfect condition. All parts are in working order.
The brown leather carrying case is in good condition but the strap has broken off on the one side.

This antique badge and armband were worn by my grandmother when she belonged to the WW1 Comrades of The Great War Womens Auxiliary circa 1918.
The 30mm circular badge features a Union Jack flag in red, white and blue colours, on a gold background. Around this are bands of blue and white enamel featuring the logo in gold writing. The enamel on the front of the badge is in pristine condition.
The reverse side features the maker's name 'J. R. Gaunt London' and a number 1327. It has slight corrosion marks on the reverse side of the badge. The pin mechanism works perfectly.
The armband is made of black felt-type material lined with black cotton-type material, and is closed with the original black buttons. The condition of the band is perfect.
