Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation and Planning:

Preparation of cost estimates, bills of
quantities and tender documents.

Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets
based on project specifications.
Required skills and qualifications

Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in quantity
surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or
cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry
·
Professional membership or certification in

skills.

Experience working with AutoCAD and validating
quantities from the given drawings.
·
Ability to manage multiple projects
