Duties:

Managing stock levels of parts
and toners, machines and spares as per the budget
·
Ordering of stock through
designated suppliers
·
Managing the service calls and
deliveries daily with the technical team and planning efficient routes to
minimize cost
·
Generating Customer Repair
Orders and processing of invoice /delivery notes for deliveries
·
Manage spreadsheets for
management
·
Manage fuel accounts and
company vehicles
·
Processing of Supplier invoices
and ensuring all stock ordered is received.
·
Effectively manage new
contracts by loading onto the system (FINCON)
·
Effectively manage existing
client database by offering excellent after sales and technical support.
·
To provide office support as
needed.
