This 236-hectare farm lies within easy travelling distance from Worcester and Villiersdorp. The property enjoys picturesque views over rolling hills and has a dry river reverts through it. The area is an established commercial farming operations area producing quality grapes and deciduous fruit. This table grape export farm is a recently developed economical viable unit with good infrastructure under proper management together with the potential to expand. Irrigation water is obtained from the existing lawful water use with a capacity of 437,668 cub metre per annum (33,7 hectare) from the Breede-Gouritz (Bossiepoort / Kwaggas) Water Scheme as well as winter water from the river flooding from higher up in the mountain from which the property is entitled to 37.75ha of water rights. The 2 boreholes with a capacity of 45,000 l /hour are an additional asset. There are 4 irrigation pump stations. Requirements

Responsibilities
