Building Plans provides a number of services to various architectural practices with efficient and prompt service delivery.1) ARCHITETURAL SERIVCE:We do the Architectural Service below; New Dwellings, Alterations/Additions, Braai's area, Boundary Walls, Swimming Pools, Carports, Garages, Lapas - Building Plans drawn to SANS 10400 specifications for Council approval and Submission to Council and will follow up / chase until approval. 2) PART XA: ENERGY EFFICIENCY:Building Plan Requirements Sign off for SANS 10400-XA; Fenestration Calculation under 20% to comply, Artifically Ventilated Buildings, Hot Water, Insulation and Certificate of completion of recognized "XA" course. FORM 4, “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF THE ENERGY USAGE IN A BUILDING” to be signing off, it will be charged R950, to check on the site if everything is in good order before hand over the signed Form 4. 3) PLAN WALKER / SUBMISSION / WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE:3-1) WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE:Come and Let us oversee the entire submission process. We will notify you immediately should there be any outstanding requirements or amendments, required by the Local Authority, thus ensuring a timeous approval. We "Walk the Plans" service to those councils mentioned below; Plumstead, Athlone, Milnerton, Parow, Kraaifontein, Cape Town, Fish Hoek, Paarl. 3-2) ALL COUNCIL RELATED APPLICATIONS: From relocating trees in urban conservation areas to the procurement of council, we will monitor the process from application to completion.3-3) DOCUMENT SOURCING:We also can collect copies of previously approved plans from any councils. 4) CONSULTING FOR ANY ENGINEERING APPOINTMENT (FORM 2):Looking for Engineer to sign off the Form 2?
