You
will find this gem, hidden away in the mountains, with amazing mountain views,
peace for any tired soul, where you can actually hear the sound of silence.
Just
a short distance from the N1 off the R318, the way to the very popular KOO
VALLEY, you take an easy 4x4 track for about 7km where you will find your peace
and tranquillity!
Situated
less than 2 hours’ drive from Cape Town, this spectacular farm has so much to
offer, you choose what your heart desires, whether it is living off-grid,
farming commercially or going into tourism, you choose! Truly a blank canvass,
totally secluded, safe and tranquil. Away from it all, where you can forget all
your troubles, kick back and relax! Or, for the farmer at heart this farm will
reward your efforts.
Positioned
directly in the natural “Belt of Game Farms” like Monteco, Desertwind, Aquila,
Leeuwenboshfontein, Drie-Kuilen and other big names, which are all popular
Tourist Destinations. This large 2600ha undeveloped farm is hidden amongst the
rolling mountains, rivers and valleys - imagine the potential. Your own game, cattle or sheep farm,
perfectly positioned, in the heart of the Klein Karoo.
With
views right into the future, amazing star-lit nights and lots of peace and
quiet, all moulded in one amazing package. The perfect setting for the busy
entrepreneur who needs to recharge his batteries.
Water in abundance! The Owner recently drilled
4 new boreholes, all successful with the strongest one, providing about
77 000L/Hour. With so much water, the new Owner will be put in a position
to follow the lead of a neighbour, who is successfully farming cash-crops like
Veggies and seed production. One of the boreholes is equipped with a solar pump,
in perfect working condition. The old boreholes are equipped with wind pumps,
which give the sense and feel of the “Old days”, full of nostalgia. Not to
mention a natural water spring on the farm.
Zoned
as agricultural land, with lots of potential for game, sheep, cattle or
planting Veggies, Olives, Buchu, Lavender etc.
Or, if you so wish, just build your own “get-away”, where the game can
keep your lawn nice and short! Even
tourism is an option, with long winding 4x4 routes into nowhere and hiking
trails made by
free-roaming
game.
Self-sufficiency
is definitely an option, but Eskom is not!
We can provide guidance to get you totally off the grid with Solar
Power, the best way to go today!
Illusive
game like Eland, Kudu, Rhebok, Duiker, Steenbok and Klipspringer are roaming
free, just as it should be! It won’t be
long until you see the breeding pair of beautiful Black Eagles soaring overhead
or hear the call of a lonely Jackal looking for its mate. AWESOME!
Do
not miss out on this gem, you will never find such value again!
