make an online booking for you with date and time. The booking system allows
for;
- Renew motor vehicle license
- Registration of motor vehicle license
Booking process
Step 1: We
register you on the dept system & enter your contact details &
confirm your name, surname, tel no & email address.Step 2: We
select a walk in branch closest to youStep 2: We
select the service on the system EG (renew license or Registration of
motor vehicle licenseStep 3: We
communicate the selected date and time options to you. You indicate which
date and time you available and we will confirm this on the system.
ONCE THE ABOVE IS DONE
you will receive an SMS and email confirmation with your booking
reference NO, which will be required for check-in on the day of your
appointment.
Checking in
On
arrival at the walk-in centre where you’ve made a booking, insert your booking
reference number on the touch screen terminal to confirm your arrival and
receive your unique QMS ticket number. Wait for the next available consultant
to call your QMS ticket number.
