Minimum requirements for the role:A tertiary qualification in either chemistry or chemical engineering or environmental science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Previous experience having sold and or serviced water treatment chemicals in either a Sales or a Service role within the Cooling Water, HVAC, Boilers, Effluent etc markets is essential for this role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing and growing customers within the HVAC, Cooling Water, Boilers, Effluent etc markets ensuring that company achieves the revenue, profitability, and market share objectives aligned with the companys portfolio.Managing and overseeing all annual reviews of all strategic and major accounts in your region, in order to ascertain account status and set new mutually agreed goals.Training and driving your service team and accompanying them on sales and service calls at customer sites.Supplying monthly area reports on customer visits and presenting these to management. Servicing and monitoring existing applications and projects within the HIVAC (air conditioning) and refrigeration markets.Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals and tenders.Driving growth by continuously focusing on creating and delivering customer value, leveraging the companys competitive advantage and product portfolio.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
