A stunning vintage solid copper bucket/pot made by the prestigious German coppersmiths Christian Wagner (Est. 1524).
Features a distinct "ribbed" or "beehive" body with a sturdy bail handle.
THE PEDIGREE:
* Brand: Christian Wagner (Esslingen, Germany).
* Marked: Stamped clearly on the base with the Wagner Shield logo and "REIN-KUPFER" (Pure Copper).
* Quality: Heavy gauge copper with rolled rim.
CONDITION REPORT:
* Watertight: TESTED. Holds water perfectly (see photos). No leaks.
* Finish: Original vintage patina (unpolished). It has a beautiful aged character with some expected oxidation/verdigris spots consistent with age.
* Interior: Original tinning is present but darkened/worn from age.

This is the Firewall mounted Fuel Tank Switchover valve removed from a Series 1 80" Land Rover. This is used where the vehicle has Two tanks at either side of the frame rails. It is still 100% complete with the Two Lucas micro switches which illuminates light on the dash to let you know which tank you're pulling fuel from and to read the fuel level gauge on that side tank.
