assume duty the 3rd of April 2024.
The successful candidate will
be a caring, well-organised teacher who is able to maintain positive
classroom management and be an excellent communicator in English and Afrikaans. The appointee will be required to teach heuristically, to differentiate, design assessments and intervention programs,
and to manage a class efficiently and effectively. A proven track record,
strong and reliable references, experience of working in a heterogeneous
environment, as well as experience in dealing positively and professionally
with Parents of learners are further requirements.The following criteria apply:1. The Candidate must be suitably and
professionally qualified (B.Ed in Foundation Phase).2. The Candidate must be SACE registered or in the
process of registering (proof required).3. The Candidate will preferably have 3 or more
years teaching experience.4. The Candidate must be familiar, and working with,
the CAPS Curriculum, SBA’s and TAP’s.5. The Candidate must have a working knowledge of
Jolly Phonics and PHAST.6. The Candidate must be able to participate
meaningfully and capably in the extra-mural (sport and culture) programme.7. The
Candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.8. The
