Theyre looking for a highly experienced Senior Inbound Consultant someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is confident managing complex, high-end itineraries from start to finish.Core Criteria:Minimum 3 years experience as an Inbound Tour Consultant in the luxury travel marketStrong knowledge of Southern and/or East Africa as a travel destinationProficiency in Tourplan is essentialExcellent communication skills with a strong command of English (written and verbal)Exceptional attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracyConfident working independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and crisis management skillsMust be available for after-hours support for travelling guestsBased in Cape Town (with potential hybrid flexibility post-probation)Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, quote, and design bespoke travel itineraries throughout Southern and East AfricaManage all aspects of the booking process from quote to post-travel file closureConfirm and book all travel services and coordinate with suppliersMaintain accurate administration and documentation for each bookingLiaise with the accounts team for invoicing and payment coordinationReconfirm all services prior to travel and prepare final travel documentsProvide exceptional guest support, including being on-call during client travelBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international agentsThis is a live-out role.Potential hybrid flexibility post-probation.
