Admin / Operations Assistant, PA Support
A chauffeur service in Cape Town is looking for a motivated and well organised individual to join the team. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Goodwood or Thornton, as the office is based in Thornton.
Requirements:
Exceptional computer skills, with strong MS Office and email proficiency
Well spoken and fluent in English
Strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly yet confident personality
Ability to manage bookings, find accommodation, and create itineraries and packages
Good knowledge of Cape Town tourism, as the role includes assisting with bookings and creating itineraries and packages
Invoicing experience is essential
Experience with Xero, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or similar systems will be an advantage
Experience in a chauffeur, transport, or tourism environment will be an advantage
A valid drivers licence will be an advantage
Part time role, with the possibility of becoming permanent
