The 10-15TPH alluvial gold washplant is ideal for medium scale operation. Ore can be fed manually (+/- 12 workers) or by TLB/mini excavator.The complete plant is on a string trailer chassis to make it mobile over rough Africa terrain. No generator required. Mining is tough by itself, keep things simple!All washplants are designed in-house for tough Africa conditions with simplicity of operation in mind while maintaining high efficiency.Designs can be scaled up & down to any required size. Our standard range is from 1 ton/hour to 120 ton/hour.Our 3D sluice mats are far superior to conventional grid covered miner’s moss that blocks up in minutes allowing fine gold to escape. Clients see 10 micron particles in our mats! Repeated tests proved that there is no benefit using centrifugal concentrators, shaker/James tables or reverse helix trommels instead of our hi-tech sluice mats.Maintenance is an absolute minimum and limited to normal pipework repair, pump servicing etc. All our washplants come as complete mining kit including basic tools & spares. Clients can normally acquire spares locally.Our washplants don’t need any generator thus eliminating numerous risks, logistics & cost.We understand the African terrain that alluvial gold miners face VERY WELL! Design considerations includes bad roads, pulling on skids, flooding and extreme moisture & heat.
