This role is focused on acquiring and developing business within the affluent market, with an emphasis on motor and household insurance products.We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional who can confidently build and manage client relationships while delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role offers excellent earning potential, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performance team.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and secure new business opportunities within the affluent client segmentSource and qualify a minimum of 10 new client leads per week (40 per month)Achieve and exceed monthly targets, with a minimum of 8.5 written policies per monthBuild and maintain strong referral networks (minimum of 5 active referral agents)Conduct comprehensive needs analyses and present customised insurance solutionsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirementsMaintain accurate client records and submit weekly reports on leads, quotes, and sales activityStay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product changesQualifications and ExperienceMatric / Grade 12 (compulsory)RE5 Certification (essential)Certificate in Short Term Insurance or Wealth Management (preferred)Minimum of 3 years’ experience in short-term insurance salesProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsCRM system experience is advantageousWhat We Offer:Basic salary of R10 000 – R15 000 per monthPension allowanceMedical aid contributionHybrid work model (remote and office-based)Clear career progression opportunitiesProfessional development and ongoing trainingSupportive, high-performance work environmentRecruitment Process Applicants will undergo an initial telephonic screening, followed by formal interviews.
