Insulated panel making machine and all info to build insulated panel units or homes shed store room cold room even etc This is a already figured out system. Machine that makes the panels and related brackets etc and info so can depending on skill set build from local raw material to a move in ready unit. First pic of one unit made with system. Sold very cheap to as not physically able to do it anymore. Suit someone with own power tools and handyman min skills. Was asking R180k drastically reduced as not able to help build first one but not hard once shown you the tricks to this system and trade. You should be able to start building panels once you relocated the machine and raw material arrived. Sadly will only part with all info after sale. Can make fiber cement interior and exterior or other surfaces. Ie external and internal surface can be different. Can make steel panels but easier to buy those. Main advantage of this system can install faster than traditional brick and plaster and have similar finish. Can have unit put up in hours to a day or so depending on size and roof type. Please note I have not built one for several years and take too long to build panels as my body goes on strike more than I wish it did. So can't commit to taking orders or Building these anymore. Please not curious Georges...Read ad if you think you can sell them I sure can show or tel the right person how to build them easy and neat.

We do not offer this service but we can refer you to a suitably qualifed installer. Any damage that occurs during installation is not covered under warranty..OVERLOAD: Check if this is the right size system for you. Your total watts should never exceed the inverter size. If you overload an inverter with more power than it is rated to supply, you will damage the inverter. This is called overload and any damage is not covered under warranty..SURGE/LIGHTENING PROTECTION: We recommend you have SPDs (Surge Protection Devices) installed on your DB Board in order to get maximum protection against surge and lightening damage. Eskom surges are rife and surge protection plugs offer minimal protection. Surge/Lightening damage is not covered under warranty. You can view the SPDs we offer here NB: You will need an electrician to install the SPD https://www.maidenelectronics.co.za/Surge-Protection.BATTERY SELECTION: You have chosen this unit with lead acid leisure deep cycle batteries. We do not recommend lead acid batteries for high stage load shedding. Lead acid batteries come with 0 months warranty in this application..IMPORTANT: DUE TO HIGH STAGE LOAD SHEDDING BECOMING MORE FREQUENT WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE TO THE LITHIUM ION BATTERY CHOICE. WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING SOLAR (if applicable) OR GENERATOR AS A SECOND SOURCE OF CHARGE. LEAD ACID BATTERIES DO NOT COPE WELL WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE AND RECOVER PROPERLY AS CAN HAPPEN IN CONTINUOUS HIGH STAGE LOAD SHEDDING. BATTERIES WITH REDUCED RUN TIME WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY..If you do choose to use lead acid batteries please turn off the inverter when backup is not required (eg when you're in bed/away) to prevent unnecessary cycling. Please also aim to allow batteries to fully recharge/recover (this can take anywhere from 24-72hr) before allowing them to discharge again..INVERTER WARRANTY: This inverter carries a 1 year manufacturers warranty which excludes damage through misuse/abuse of any kind. Examples of exclusions include surge damage, lightning damage, overload damage, water damage and installation error.
