For sale is this beautiful Córdoba Esteso Master Series guitar, spruce top version, handcrafted in Mexico. The instrument is in excellent condition, as seen in the photos. This guitar has been rarely played, and includes its original case, where it has been stored for most of its life. This guitar came to my position in a part-exchange deal however I do not play and can never find the time to learn, so I believe it would be better appreciated by someone who can truly enjoy and make use of it. The guitar can be viewed in Sea Point, or we can meet at Green Point police station.This guitar features a solid top, paired with solid Palo Escrito rosewood back and sides, a tonewood prized for its striking figure, light weight, and powerful projection. Its lightweight, petite body (13 ¾” lower bout) with a full 650mm scale length and 52mm nut width offers both comfort and authentic classical playability.Premium details include a Spanish cedar neck with African ebony fingerboard, flamed maple binding, pearloid rosette, and a hand-applied nitrocellulose finish. This particular S2800 is a MK1, 1st generation, high-end 1998 model.
The S2800 has an offset Strat style body with an extra deep cutaway allowing easy access to the upper frets. The headstock was designed for straight string pull from the bridge to the nut. The S2800 models featured a soft maple body with a quilted maple top. Seymour Duncan pickups, Coil tap for coil splitting, Sperzel USA Trim-lok machine heads and a Wilkinson VS50II Tremolo and Wilkinson roller nut. The earlier 1998 models had a block 'Cort'
logo inlay at the 12 fret and also appeared to have a different shaped body (1998 with a longer upper horn), a different shaped headstock and different headstock logo.

I've owned a limited edition Cort Masterpiece series guitar in the past (for those of you that actually know what that is!). This S2800 stacks up to that and can more than hold it's own, hands down. Lovely NECK, plays like butter.
I also appreciate the fact that the hardware is anodized, so the GOLD won't RUB OFF!

The Japanese manufactured RG440P is a Roadstar II series model which was offered by Ibanez in 1987.
Despite the RG name, the RG440P has a Power series body and could more correctly be considered part of that line. It is essentially a budget version of the Roadstar Pro series 540P model with features similar to the regular Japanese Ibanez RG440.
The RG440P features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. The standard components from the factory include Ibanez pickups with a Vintage humbucker at the bridge and Super 8 single-coils in the middle and neck positions and an Edge double locking Floyd Rose tremolo bridge.
