I specialise in training with a focus on weight loss, running, strength, fitness and mobility. I include basic movements such as deadlifts, squats, lunges, push and pull, twist/rotation and Kettle Bells, whilst utilizing equipment and movement sequences to ensure each session is varied and fun.
For more Specialised training I offer Gymnastic, Power lifting. I've got one SA Champ,World champion and he currently holds Four World Record.
All clients begin with basic conditioning to maximize flexibility, stability and core strength before moving on to more vigorous muscle building exercises and eventually the more explosive exercise sessions.
If you prefer to train in the comfort of your own home, I will travel to you or you can join me at our personal training studio in Green Point. Or if you prefer to train in a bigger group, come and join our community and be the best version of yourself.

Daily macronutrients and a general diet plan will also be supplied to help you on your fitness journey.Training can be at Monte Vista (No Gym Membership required) or at your home for an additional travelling fee. Training cost of R250 per 1 hour for 1 on 1 and R200 for group training of 2 or more people, sold in packages of 8, 12 or 16 sessions per month.
