My name is Darren Avondo and I’m a Personal Trainer / Strength and Fitness Coach. I am based at H.E.A.T Fitness Centre in Claremont. I specialise in training with a focus on weight loss, running, strength, fitness and mobility. I include basic movements such as deadlifts, squats, lunges, push and pull, twist/rotation and Kettle Bells, whilst utilizing equipment and movement sequences to ensure each session is varied and fun. For more Specialised training I offer Gymnastic, Power lifting. I've got one SA Champ,World champion and he currently holds Four World Record. All clients begin with basic conditioning to maximize flexibility, stability and core strength before moving on to more vigorous muscle building exercises and eventually the more explosive exercise sessions. If you prefer to train in the comfort of your own home, I will travel to you or you can join me at our personal training / Group studio in Claremont.
