Top center: بيت المقدس (Bait-ul-Muqaddas) - The Holy House, referring to Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Left side: جبل طور سينا (Jabal Tur Sina) - Mount Sinai.
Right side: جبل سقفا را بعد بصري (Jabal Saqara ba'd Basri) - Mount Saqarah after Basra.

This compound is one of the holiest sites in Islam, considered the third holiest after Mecca and Medina.
It includes the Al-Aqsa Mosque (the building with the silver dome) and the Dome of the Rock (the golden-domed building).
Islamic tradition holds that Prophet Muhammad S was transported to this site during his Night Journey (Al-Isra' wa Al-Mi'raj) and led other Prophets (Peace on all of them) in prayer before ascending to heaven from the Rock.
The image also depicts surrounding structures and mountains, including "Jabal Tur Sina" (Mount Sinai) and "Jabal Saqara ba'd Basri" (Mount Saqarah after Basra), indicating a broader geographical and spiritual context.
