for R6 000 in Central Hillcrest close to Highbury school so very very central.
Walking distance to Richdens Spar, Pick and Pay, Checkers, Waxy’s and Virgin
active (if you that way inclined) to work off the food from the previous
places... ha ha ha ha. There is open parking behind locked gate. One bed unit
has its own Garden fully fenced and pet friendly. Kitchen area with plenty of
space and comes with gas hob. It is plumbed for washing machine and comes with
a 2 plate Gas hob so saves electricity of a stove. Viva Eskom ha ha ha. There
is a beautiful separate chrome and all glass shower and glass basin and mirror.
It is on pay as you go electricity ... and it is fully tiled and is very easy
to keep clean, these units are well priced for their area and sizes. They are
very cheap for central Hillcrest and you can get cheaper if you move out to
waterfall but the cost of petrol makes it more expensive in the long run. It is
pet-friendly depending on the pet’s ha ha ha. No Hyenas or cougars...ha ha ha
