ENVIRONMENT:A Managed IT Services Provider is seeking a Junior Technical Manager who will be supporting the Technical Manager in overseeing daily technical operations, managing technicians, coordinating projects and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role bridges hands-on technical work with people management and operational coordination.
