Collections: Pursue debt collection
through telephone, email, or written correspondence, prioritizing telephone
contact whenever possible.
Statement Management: Regularly send
statements to clients, ensuring clarity, understanding, and full reconciliation
before distribution.
Setup of new accounts and alignment with
client preferences and organizational structures.
