We are a quantitative AI trading firm operating in the financial markets. We provide investors with access to a fully automated, AI-powered quantitative trading system as part of a data-driven trading service, supported by structured risk management and systematic execution.
As part of our international growth, we have recently expanded into South Africa and are building a high-performance local sales team focused on investor acquisition.
Role Overview:
This is a results-driven online sales role focused on generating leads digitally and converting them into investors.
You will engage potential investors through social media and direct communication, explain our trading service and system access, follow up with prospects, and close deals. While the role is primarily online, candidates will be office-based initially for structure, monitoring, and performance alignment. Remote flexibility may be considered once trust and results are proven.
Sales representatives are empowered to invite prospects to the office to support and accelerate the closing process.
This role is not suitable for beginners, content-only creators, or fixed-salary seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and engage leads through social media and online channels
Communicate with prospects via DMs, calls, and follow-ups
Convert leads into active investors
Invite and coordinate in-office meetings when appropriate
Work with a dedicated marketing team that provides content direction and editing support
Participate in content recording when required by the marketing team
Meet and exceed clear sales targets
Submit daily activity and performance reports
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Proven experience in sales or online client acquisition
Comfortable discussing financial or investment-related services
Strong follow-up and closing mindset
Confident verbal and written communication skills
Active social media presence with an existing audience
Comfortable working in a structured, monitored, performance-driven environment
This Role Is NOT For:
Entry-level or inexperienced candidates
Content creators who do not want sales responsibility
Remote-only applicants
Candidates uncomfortable with targets and accountability
