Security Guard Responsibilities:Patrolling the building perimeter and premisesNoting the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individualsDirecting visitors to reception and logging their entry to the premisesMonitoring our video surveillance system and reviewing footage if necessaryResponding to alarms and calls of security concernKeeping daily logs of activities and any issues addressedAnswering phones and responding to other inquiries at the security deskAlerting authorities if needed for emergencies or security breachesAddressing any infractions of building rules and/or forwarding them to the appropriate level of managementInspecting, testing, and maintaining our security systems, as well as calling for maintenance as needed

ROLE SUMMARY
·
Oversee and manage all areas of the Security
organization related to the employees, infrastructure, minimize environmental
risks – encompassing Field Operations, Investigation & Intelligence,
Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), and Technical Response.
·
Develop and implement the overall physical
security strategy for the company, its employees, tower portfolio, and other
assets/ properties. Embed technology-based solutions including but not limited
to access control systems, intrusion, and dictating systems.
·
Collaborate with functional leaders to develop
and implement a physical security program that aligns with identified risks and
threats.
·
Deliver reports to senior management on security
intelligence, risks, and other related matters.
·
Establish an effective and efficient framework
for investigating, analysing and reporting all physical security incidents,
including internal and external infractions concerning the company.
Professional Requirements:
·
Be well vested on Security matters than SHEQ
·
Strong character
·
Understand Towers/ strategies to combat theft
·
Degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum
of 10 years’ relevant experience involving increasing scope, responsibility and
complexity in security, law enforcement, and criminal justice.
·
Evidence of strong and extensive network across
security arms/ bodies, e.g. army, police force.
·
Proven leadership experience in building,
managing and inspiring physical security operations teams.
·
8 – 10 year’s extensive experience in HSSE and
Field Security
