The main purpose of the job will be to drive the *digital learning adoption*, establish and implement effective *development structures for the Learning and Development Team* and establish and implement *Technical Coaching and Mentoring structures and programs *for both the Learning and Development Team and Learners Artisans.
*Digital Learning Adoption*
* Drive the *Digital Learning Adoption Strategy* through implementation of the digital learning strategy including leading the digital learning campaigns, consolidation and publishing of the *Learning Connection*, *Learning on the go *and *the miGrowth Adoption statistics.*
* Understand the digital learning needs of the L&D team and the Energy Business and assist with *curation of the relevant digital learning content*, and associated communication and collateral where required. Leverage on the external stakeholders as and when required.
*Learning Enablement and Learning & Development Teams Development*
* Establish and drive the implementation of the *Learning and Development Team development program* by understanding the team’s development gaps and development needs, then putting in place a structured development program with the relevant resources and governance structures.
* Establish and implement an effective *competency framework for the Learning and Enablement Team* linked with the development and succession plans.
* Establish and implement an *onboarding program* for the *Learning and Enablement Team *by working with the relevant line managers to understand the key processes and procedures that new employees must be taken through and working with the talent and NEOP team to put in place relevant governance structures to ensure that effect onboarding takes place.
* Implement and monitor the effectiveness of the *LP career path* by conducting regular status updates and establishing relevant governance structures.
* *Consolidate the generic training needs* for the Learning and Enablement Team and assist with logistics as and when required.
*Learning & Development Teams Coaching and Mentoring *
* Establish and implement a *Technical Coaching and Mentoring framework for the Learning and Development Team, including Learner Artisans *linked with the Learning and Development Team development program and aligned with internal processes and industry best practices where required.
* Establish and implement *Technical Coaching and Mentoring governance structures* which includes the following: Identification and screening of coaches, Defining the roles and responsibilities of coaches, Developing and maintaining a code of conduct and ethical standards for coaches, Developing and maintaining a model and framework for the training of coaches as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the coaching process and programmes.
