Admin co-ordination of the bottom performing Dealers in the Parts review process
Compilation of Cross Functional and Dealer Review Presentations
Co-ordination and management of external suppliers
Develop surveys for Parts & Service Managers and pro-actively assess areas needing improvements in the Dealer Network
Report on the Parts rankings for Golden circle and silver arrows
Reporting Dealer trends to the Planning and Pricing Supervisor and ONE. Aftersales Field Force highlighting any out-of-line performance.
Education and Experience
Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing with Data analysis and Statistics experience.
3 years’ experience in Aftersales, parts and service.
