Youll be responsible for prospecting across multiple industries, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality meetings for the UK-based sales team. Youll play a vital part in supporting revenue growth through relationship-building and high-activity sales engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 3 years experience selling BPO services, with consistent KPI and revenue achievementIdentify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedInSet qualified appointments with decision-makers in the UK and global marketsDeliver tailored pitches and presentations aligned to each prospects pain pointsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM and prospecting toolsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth client handover processMonitor market trends and competitor movements to refine outreach strategiesAccurately document all sales activity, progress, and KPIs in the CRMAbout You3+ years experience in outbound B2B sales within the BPO or RPO sectorDemonstrated success in cold calling and setting qualified appointmentsProven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targetsExcellent verbal and written communication, with a confident, no-accent phone presenceSkilled in negotiation, relationship-building, and objection handlingHighly self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independentlyProficient in CRM platforms and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAccess to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connectionAvailable to work UK business hours (Monday - Friday)
