**About the Role:**
As a Budtender at **LGYCBD**, you'll be the face of our store and the first point of contact for our amazing members. You’ll help guide customers through their wellness journeys, offering product suggestions and info based on their needs and preferences. If you love talking about the plant, enjoy creating great customer experiences, and want to grow in the industry—this role is for you.
** Daily Job Requirements:**
- Greet customers and help create a relaxed, 420-friendly vibe.
- Recommend products based on knowledge of strains, edibles, oils, and extracts.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and track daily sales.
- Keep the front space clean, stocked, and organized.
- Answer questions and educate members with patience and professionalism.
- Work with the team to restock shelves and manage daily store flow.
**Personal Requirements:**
- A local from the **Durban South / Bluff / Montclair** area.
- Comfortable with cannabis culture and products.
- Experienced in customer service (1+ year preferred).
- Confident, friendly, and reliable.
- Great at communication and teamwork.
- Able to stay calm under pressure (payday weekends can get busy!).
- Matric certificate required.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with cannabis or wellness products before!
