Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Management & BudgetingPrepare and manage the centres annual income and expense budgets.Track rental income, turnover-based rentals, municipal recoveries, and cost control.Monthly income statement reporting and budget variance commentary.Collaborate with operations for ongoing maintenance and CAPEX planning.2.
