PURPOSE OF JOB To assist with the running of the Estates client properties portfolio. This position entails being a face of the Estate to the clients, and the management of this relationship is of paramount importance. KPA KPI KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Managing the e-mail requests by: - Reviewing and assessing mails in terms of requirements and issues. - Attending to requirements and issues raised in the mails or assigning mails to relevant staff which will have the required skills to deal with these matters. - Monitoring the resolution of the matters raised above. - Attending to mails at first level and closing the matters. - Reports to the National Manager. Preparation of the AGM by: - Ensuring that all requirements are dealt with to have a legally constituted meeting. - Ensuring proper and correct minutes of the meeting are taken or that the meeting is recorded if given permission by all attendees. - Attending the Annual General Meeting. - Distributing Notice pack via e-mail, hand delivery or posting to trustees. Preparing Insurance schedules by: - Consulting with Insurance brokers that the annual insurance policy is renewed and updated. - Ensuring the annual fire equipment service is done and the COC sent to the brokers. - Consult with the brokers appointed on all claims till finalisation. - Dispatching service providers if required for repairs if not sent by the brokers. - Ensuring that an individual building is done every three years as per the STMA. - Consulting with Accountant to get Latest audited financials. Obtaining Audited financial statements by: - Ensuring all the necessary information regarding the audit is sent to the auditors timeously or downloaded by the auditors from the portal. - Ensuring draft is sent to all trustees/director

Minimum requirements for the role:Must have previous sales experience having sold plastic raw materials such as masterbatch and or related products into the plastic manufacturing converters.Knowledge of injection, extrusion and or blow moulding or related plastic converting production is preferred.Previous sales experience having sold plastic raw materials, polymer additives, and or masterbatch raw materials into the industry is essential for the role.Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering sustainable sales growth.Strong technical knowledge of masterbatch formulations, pigment dispersion, and plastic raw materials (PE, PP, PET, PS, etc.).Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Must be commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Driving and managing key accounts within the injection, extrusion and blow moulding plastic converting industries promoting masterbatch raw materials and related plastic raw materials to customers.The successful candidate will be required to troubleshoot and interact with customers on site providing them with specialised colourants and additives technical solutions within plastic converting manufacturing industries.Liaising and managing overseas principals to ensure the products supplied are in line with customer requirements.Presenting presentations at customers on new products and technology.Travelling internationally to attend various conferences and trade shows.Developing and executing strategic account plans to grow revenue, margin, and share of wallet.Identifying and approaching potential customers in the plastics converting value chain to expand the masterbatch raw materials portfolio.Collaborating with R&D and technical teams to introduce new products and innovations to the market.Providing technical support to customers on product application, processing behaviour, and troubleshooting.Liaising with internal product development teams to customize masterbatch formulations or resolve customer complaints.Working closely with logistics, planning, quality control, and technical departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.  Â
