Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ISP sales strategies to target new customers and grow market share.Lead and mentor a team of ISP sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackIdentify and target potential ISP clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead negotiations to secure contracts.Stay updated on ISP services, pricing, and competition to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain meticulous records of your sales activities, client interactions and revenue forecasts.Provide valuable insights into sales performance, market dynamics and opportunities for improvement.
Experience & Qualification:
Proven track record in ISP sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilitiesKnowledge of ISP industry trends and technologiesBachelors Degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred)
