We are seeking a dynamic telesales representative specialising in phone sales to promote and sell architectural services to potential clients. This role focuses on outbound calling and other electronic medium, identifying customer needs and showcasing our offerings in order to support business development initiatives and to achieve targets.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone calls to promote company services to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients over the phone and other electronic medium.
Calling prospects to verify details and update contact records.
Prepare quotations for potential sales.
Track sales and projects until completion,
update and present all relevant reporting when required.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of proven experience in phone sales, preferably in telesales.
Strong understanding of telesales processes and strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficient in microsoft word, excel and outlook
