Organic Zone is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to take charge of shifts and support the smooth running of our kitchen operations Job purpose:To take charge of a shift, taking full control of the kitchen in all areas including recipe development, preparation, safety, hygiene, staff management, stock control and waste management.
