ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail and Ops ManagerAerial & Satellite Excellence was established in 1994. We are a Multichoice / Dstv agent and accredited Installer. We manage 3 DStv agencies situated in JHB and PTA as well as a price lock kiosk in the Menlyn shopping centre on behalf of DStv.We are looking for a skilled person to assist us in managing the above operation. This is a hands-on position. Tasks will include visiting the shops daily, training staff, setting op SOPs, liaising with suppliers and service providers. Other functions would include admin, stock management and ensuring connectivity between the branches and systems. You must have excellent people skills and the ability to handle customer relations in our shops. A valid SA drivers licence is a must, You must be a SA citizen, skilled in Excel and Word, technical inclined and superb admin skills. A High skill set in Stock Control Systems, procedures and execution.Your main base of operation would either be from our Edenvale Agency or our Pretoria agency.
