Our client, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available at our Cape Town Waterfront . We are seeking a Store Manager with extensive experience working in management within a luxury / Premium environment.
Mission of the Position:
( full duties will be discussed during the interview)
The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single Store. They must be familiar with all systems, methods and procedures involved in the operation of this Store.
The Store Manager is responsible for properly applying all guidelines and should enforce established standards at all times. The central focus is achieving sales plan by maximizing productivity of all available resources while maintaining the integrity and image of the brand.
Qualifications:
5+ years of High-Volume Retail Management experience, preferably in the luxury sector
Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving attitude
Able to asses priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude

Our client in the luxury retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandiser to join their team in the Cape Town.
Responsibilities
• Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.
• Implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company’s criteria and objectives
• Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
• Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards • Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
• Analyse sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement
• Stay aware of fashion trends and competitors visual merchandising strategies
Requirements.
Should have about two years working experience in VM field
Driver’s license and own vehicle.
