Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sushi
preparation, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and
presentation, and committed to adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare all types of sushi, including maki,
nigiri, and sashimi, with expert precision and attention to detail.

Maintain the quality of ingredients such as fish
and rice through meticulous selection and handling.
·
Skillfully cut and slice different types of fish
to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
·
Select fresh fruits and vegetables to enhance
the quality of dishes, such as avocado.
·
Enhance sushi rolls with additional flavors
using ingredients like ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi, and Asian sauces.
·
Manage food prep activities, including boiling
rice to perfection and ensuring proper cooking techniques.
·
Coordinate with waitstaff to accommodate special
requests and food allergies, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
·
Prepare various sushi dishes according to
established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
·
Recommend new and innovative additions to the
sushi menu to delight our customers.
·
Strictly adhere to recipes set by the company,
ensuring that all dishes are prepared with the correct ingredients.
·
Maintain a clean work environment to prevent
food contamination and uphold hygiene standards.
·
Comply with health and safety measures at all
times to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
·
Effectively maintain kitchen equipment to ensure
optimal functionality and safety.
·
Clean cooking areas thoroughly at the close of
business to maintain sanitation standards.
·
Report any issues with kitchen equipment to the
manager promptly.
·
Sterilize all utensils, instruments, and
equipment used in sushi preparation before every use to maintain hygiene.
·

We are looking for a Production Warehouse
Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of tasks
including assisting with sauce production, cutting fish, recording waste, and
ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area. The ideal
