I have 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry with the last 5 of those being in FOH management and Bar management positions. I'm willing to be a waiter too but I'd prefer a management position because of my experience.
Prior to working in the restaurant industry I worked in various places as a stock controller and warehouse manager.
