We're seeking a motivated Junior
Civil Construction Foreman to join our construction team. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience who is ready to
take the next step into a supervisory role. You'll work closely with our senior
site management team while developing your leadership and project coordination
skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily construction activities and
coordinating work crews on siteEnsure work is completed according to project plans,
specifications, and safety standardsConduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progressCommunicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to
keep projects on scheduleHelp maintain site safety by enforcing safety protocols and
conducting toolbox talksTrack materials, equipment, and labor to support project budgets
and timelinesReport progress, issues, and concerns to senior managementAssist with reading and interpreting construction drawings and
specificationsRead and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and
site plans
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on construction experience (concrete,
general construction)Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and
building codesStrong work ethic with excellent reliability and punctualityGood communication skills and ability to work effectively with
diverse teamsProblem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feetValid driver's license with Secure parking available for a company
