The set comes with two coins. One is a "stunt" coin, with an Aztec skull-and-calendar theme on both sides. This was used for the coin-toss scene in "The Black Pearl." The other features the same stylized skull on one side and cryptic Aztec symbols on the back. This is exactly what all of the other coins in the movie looked like. In fact, craftsmen used the actual prop replicas to make these coins, studying the props and reproducing every minute detail.The coins are made with a 24k gold plating and etched with amazing detail.
