Job Vacancy: Logistics Administrative AssistantCompany: Trade Transport & Plant Hire Solutions PTY LTD Location: Krugersdorp & Brandvlei (Mogale City), Gauteng Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R7,000 - R10,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)About the Role:We are a dynamic and growing logistics company seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, providing vital support across our Krugersdorp and Brandvlei offices.If you are a proactive team player with a passion for logistics and administration, we want to hear from you.Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:Conducting and managing diesel reconciliations to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.Assisting with transporter allocations and scheduling.Booking and coordinating trucks for various loads and routes.Processing transactions, invoices, and other financial data on Sage.Maintaining and updating load tracking information on detailed Excel spreadsheets.Responsible for accurate data capture, collection, and generating reports as required.Assisting with the preparation and administration of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) documentation.Coordinating with service providers to arrange for vehicle repairs as per Ops team requirements.Providing general administrative support to the logistics team as required.Requirements and Skills:Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics or similar industry.Advantageous: Proficiency in Sage accounting software.Essential: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent proficiency in Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A strong team worker with a positive, willing, and able attitude.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.Must have reliable transport to travel to our offices in Krugersdorp and Branvlei.How to Apply:Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their CV and a short cover letter with a photograph of yourself, outlining their suitability for the role to:Corine@ttpsolutions.co.zaPlease use "Logistics Admin Application" as the subject of your email.Application Deadline: 12 September 2025 If you have not received a response within two weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
