The beach is a few metres away, right across the road. The flat is conveniently situated in walking distance from many local shops and restaurants. The Somerset Mall and wine routes are a short drive away. There is a garage.
Basic TV and a dvd player are included. For monthly tenants, electricity and DSTV are for your own account. Uncapped wi -fi is included.
Low season rates are R900 per night for 2 people. There is a small charge for additional guests. The high season rates (December, January) are from R1400 – R1800 per night for 2 people. There is a Refundable breakage/ cleaning deposit of R1000.

NO SMOKERS. This fully furnished flat is right on the Strand beachfront. It is beautifully decorated in shades of blue. There are stunning views from the bedroom, lounge and enclosed balcony. It is conveniently situated and in EASY walking distance of all local shops and restaurants. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, but there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge for kids. The balcony has been enclosed to provide a small sleeping area and contains a single bed for another guest. Maximum persons 4.
There is a shower over the bath. The kitchen has a stove, fridge and microwave and all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The flat has a DSTV connection, a dvd player and a hi-fi. I supply linen and bath towels. There is a garage. Uncapped Wi fi included for short lets.
