Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle and willing to travel to customers in the Western Cape.Key Competencies: Meat product development and application knowledge. Processing technology competency. Experience in the meat industry will be beneficial. Processing equipment knowledge. High sensitivity to sensory attributes. Project Management skills.
