Good day I am Ebinah, a well-seasoned and passionate Caregiver, who loves her job and has tons of experience nursing frail bedridden patients around Cape Town areas. I am currently seeking another full-time position as a carer for a private patient care. I was thoroughly trained at St. John's in 2014 as a carer and I have a Home-based Care certificate including advanced first Aid with CPR. I did voluntary work at a large hospital when I was still in Zimbabwe, where I was involved with various patients who had different conditions like, dementia, post-operative patients, stroke patients who were wheelchair bound, patients with Parkinson's illness, diabetic patients and those with arthritis, cancer and physical disabilities. I then moved to stay in Capetown and found a private patient care in gordon-s-bay as private carer for an 89 year old patient who had mild dementia and performed various duties from cleaning her room, bed changing, performing full wash including grooming, changing incontinence pads, making healthy meals and feeding, checking vitals every day like BP, sugar and pulse and recording properly for the doctor, giving patient medication on time etc. For reference, I will provide on request I then worked in Gordons Bay for a private patient who needed hands-on attention since she could not do anything on her own. For reference and recommendation, I will provide on request. I was employed again in Helderberg as a carer for an 88-year-old private patient who had dementia, performing various duties, like full wash, grooming, making healthy meals, feeding, helping with all bathroom needs and mobility around the house. I will provide a reference on request. I was employed in Somerset West as a home-based caregiver for a 90-year-old patient with dementia who needed very special attention. I worked a full-time position and managed all necessary daily activities for my patient and I will provide a reference on request. I was then employed again in Gordon-s-bay as private care of their 88 year old mother in law. I helped with full wash, making meals, medication on time, going for doctor appointments etc. For reference, I will provide it on request. I was then employed in Penhill for a patient, assisting her with daily duties, like cleaning, cooking, bathroom needs, going for appointments, and errands. For reference, we will provide it on request. I was employed again in Somerset West as a carer for another private patient. I took care of her 90-year-old husband who had dementia and needed full care. I performed various duties, from full wash, help with incontinence, medication on time, pressure care management, making meals and feeding. For reference, I will provide on request due to POPIA regulations. I also worked again in Somerset West as a carer for a cancer patient. I provided all essential care for the husband, like conducting full wash, bathroom needs, mobility around the house, cleaning, making meals and any medication on time. Will provide reference on requests. I have recently been working in Helderberg village from July 2025 to March 2026 for a private patient. She has suffered a broken hip and had a hip replacement and needed personal assistance. I helped her with bathing, cooking meals, cleaning the house till was was back on her feet and fully recovered. I will also provide her with a reference on request.
