DUTIES:

Filing

Creating of spreadsheets on excel for stock take

Ordering of stock such as stationary & POD
books etc.

Answering / transferring of phonecalls – taking
messages for relevant staff members

Managing of company boardroom and booking of
meetings
·
Overseeing security and visitors that are
allowed access onto premises
·
Signing of deliveries
·
General filing and administrative duties
·
Sending of emails to clients – requesting of
documentation such as GIT etc.
·
Scheduling
·
Greeting of visitors
·
Sorting and distributing of mail
·
