The house is tiled throughout other than the bedrooms that are carpeted. No smoking is permitted in the entire house and no pets are allowed. The home is not available for any function of whatever description. The home and its facilities are occupied and used entirely at the tenants and his/her guests own risk.During the December peak season the minimum stay is 2 weeks.
