If you are looking for a smart, elegant tent! Hire our stretch tent for your next event and make a statement with your quest! Sunflower Fashions will have you covered. WE deliver at affordable prices; we also erect them and disassemble for your convenience and comfort.
Tent size
Our Standard size stretch tent is 6x12, which accommodate about 60-70 people depending on table and chairs layout. Our stretch tent comes in two beautiful popular colors.

Tent cost would be R1400, extra charges will be charged for setup and delivery depending on the venue location.
Requirements When Hiring the Tent.
An indemnity form and a terms and conditions form will be provided before any arrangements are agreed upon. We request a 50% deposit to secure your booking and date, The balance of the payment should be paid before the setup is done.

The venue consists of 2 large stretch tents, beautifully placed on the lawns, courtyard surrounded by trees including a swimming pool, chill areas under the trees and wooden courtyard furniture, couches and benches with Villa Garden surrounds, with a chilled party atmosphere.
There is an interior for photos or courtyard for 100pax, lawns can hold 200pax. There is a braai area, kitchen
and bathrooms, including parking. The cabin has windows all around, with wooden floors, vintage garden vibe.
We offer setup, supervision, decorate, serve, break
up and clean up at an affordable fee. We offer spit braai menus or 3 course meals, buffet or plated. We also offer starters and desserts for R50pp, all gourmet. Our chef and sous chef will prepare a spit as a show for your guests.
Our coordinators will put together seating, in Top Billing style, at an
affordable cost. The venue allows you to have various areas for catering, welcome drinks and canapes in a garden, or drinks on a deck, or boeries on a
fire, depending on the theme of your event. We offer various themes, decor etc.
