As a listing agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of landlords and ensuring a seamless experience for both students and property owners.Responsibilities: 1. Download the Weego app and create a landlord account. 2. Order a Weego Verified badge to establish credibility as a trusted landlord. 3. Obtain a Weego Landlord Agreement form to formalize the partnership with Weego Social (PTY) LTD. 4. Begin adding listings for student accommodation on the Weego platform, providing accurate and detailed information about the properties. 5. Monitor inboxes within the Weego app to promptly respond to inquiries from students interested in your listings. 6. Facilitate communication between students and property owners, ensuring all queries are addressed and arrangements are made smoothly. 7. Confirm when students successfully move into properties sourced through your listings. 8. Receive commission payments directly into your Weego wallet for successful placements.
